Exit-Entry Declaration

Dialogue 1

-What are you going to transport this time?

-A hold of frozen food.

-Please apply to the entryexit inspection¹ and quarantine instiution for inspecion ten days before you ship for export.

-Can you tell me which kinds of certificates I should provide?

-Your foreign trade contract or order form,letter of credit(L/C),receipts and the departure of yyour goods from port.

-I am from a foreign funded enterprise,and we will export a lot of goods to European Union.Can you tell me if we can apply for the General System of Preferences?

-Of course,you can.But first you must go to the inspection and quarantine institution to register yourself.

-What kind of material should we provide?

-The copy of the instrument of ratification⁷ for running export business and the copy of your business license⁸ are enough.And you must apply to the inspection and quarantine institution for visa five days before you ship your goods,at the same time,you should submit application and relative documents.

-What?We hve to dispatch our goods tomorrow because the buyer needs the goods urgently.What should we do?

-The form of the certificate of origin should be issued before you dispatch your goods,but under this special condition,you can apply for the certificate issued retrospectively.

-What knid of procedure does it need?

-Besides the documents mentioned above,you have to submit the bill of lading of your goods.

-What is the difference in content?

-You must write clearly the former producer's country of the spare parts and the concrete assembly process.
