Bill Clinton took office on January, 20th, 1993 and became the 42nd US president. He was the first US president born after World War II. He is also one of the youngest of all US presidents. Clinton was born into a poor family in 1946. Three month before he was born, his father, William Blake died. When he was small, his mother remarried. Her new husband’s name was Norge Clinton. So the boy’s family name was changed. In the summer of 1963, Clinton was invited to visit Washington1 D.C. During his visit, he made President Candidate2 in the White House. At that time he knew he wanted to be an American president. He made his dream come true.
