Dialogue 1 A:To let you know,i've already heard back from my boss,ha has agreed if you take care of shipping¹ costs will be able to cover insurance .

B:Great,and our discount?

A:Just like we talked about,i'll also be able to give you a break on the price,meaning a total discount of 60%.

B:Wonderful,it would be nice to have a little higher of discount,but if your company can help us out with insurance,it will all even out in the long run.

A:Now,as we agreed,this terms will be available to you,as you are willing to complete your payment within ten-day grace period.That shouldn't be a problem, right?

B:No,we shouldn't have any problem with that,i know we talked about a possibility for 30 days,but that wouldn't really be necessary forth² with discounted price.

A:So if all these terms are acceptable³ to you ,i'll get it all into a contract and fax to you tomorrow morning.

B:Great,i should be able to get the contract back to you before next Monday,will that be all right?

A:Sure,if we've got signed version of the contract ,we'll go ahead and start production.

B:Great.

Dialogue 2 A:Let's recap,our final price is agreed 120 dollars per container,you've agreed to pay by where transfer within 30 days period, right so far?

B:Yes,how do we go about making payment?

A:I will send you in email this afternoon,that contains all the instructions you'll need to make where transfer into our bank account,it's pretty strict forward,all attached instructions to the invoice⁴.Let me know if you have any questions about it after you get the email.

B:Great,actually i did have a question about the price issue,we did agree on the discount,how much of discount price is 120 dollars per container?

A:Let me see,120 dollars container includes 480 dollars units,that would be a price per unit of four dollars,our normall charges more than that,you're getting about 10% discount,i know that you were looking for a higher discount per container ,but with the value of current order,that's the best we can offer.

B:That's fun.four dollars per unit isn't acceptable price,even though it is a lower discount than we had a regionally hoped for.as far as transportation goes,you are going to handle associated costs,right?

A:Correct,just as we've discussed,we'll handle partial transportation fees just from our factory throughing war.all the way to the seattle port.From seattle line will be your responsibility.

B:No problem,that's exactly what we've agreed upon.

A:Good,it looks like we got everything clear,if there isn't anything else to discuss,then i'll have our legal team draw up on a contract,i'll send to you next week,how's that sound?
